License Agreements for TreePlan, SensIt, and RiskSim |
Standard License
TreePlan Software will grant a license to a purchaser to use the standard version of our software.
A licensed copy of our software may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or it may be installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple persons, but not both.
You may access a licensed copy of our software through a network, provided that you have obtained multiple licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. That is, each workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether the software is used at different times or concurrently.
For information about purchasing the standard license for TreePlan, SensIt, or RiskSim add-in, visit the Product Purchase page.
Student License
TreePlan Software will grant a license to an individual student purchaser to use the Student version. A university, school, department, or instructor may make a volume purchase of student licenses for a specific group of students. The Student version is for use only by instructors and students.
Instructors who require students to use the software must arrange for each student to have a Student license, either (1) by purchasing Student licenses from TreePlan Software or (2) by requiring students to own a textbook whose publisher has provided a Student license.
For a volume purchase of Student licenses, the primary purchaser may duplicate and distribute the Student version of the software to licensed students by disk, network, web, etc. TreePlan Software provides support only to the primary purchaser or to another person designated by the purchaser.
